This entails a fibre drawing technique for the fabrication of ferroelectric all-polymer hollow Bragg fibres for THz guidance. By choosing ferroelectric polymer as one of the layers in a fibre periodic reflector, low loss transmission and minimal coupling loss can be achieved. Combining all-plastic materials also offers outstanding mechanical-elastic properties.
